I visited Vivid diagnostics today and the service and the hygiene was pretty good. The reception team is very cordial and they help to understand the process very easily . They also offered additional lab tests and saved my time to visit another lab for the blood test.
We visited vivid diagnostics for FETAL ECHO test. Process was simple , receptionist by name Abhilash was polite. Test was done by Radiologist by name Dr B. Swetha, She was very detailed about scanning and will make you feel comfortable. For any FETAL related diagnostics I recommend this center. Thanks
As the reference from Dr. Durgamba madam (ENT specialist), visited for my wife's CT PNS test and felt this was excellent laboratory in Chanda Nagar with very hygiene environment, receptionist was very good and very cool towards the patients/visitors and the best laboratory seen here from the past 6years.
Doctor is very patient and gives good time to explain the problem and any queries. Some doctors get irritated when parents become impatient but this doctor was polite throughout. Clinic is well equipped with small lab for tests like CBP, crc etc and an onsite pharmacy. Available in evenings which helps to take appointment post office hours.
Doctor is polite, listens patiently and like to get good understanding before recommending medicines. I showed my son for chest congestion and breathing problems (snoring during night). He was able to diagnose the problems and provided suitable treatment with which, his breathing problem has been addressed to great degree and I am really thankful to Sir. I wish him all the very best!
Thanking Dr Janardan Reddy Garu for patiently listening our queries n explaining in detail (but understandable language for non-medico techie parents) about perrennial stomach pain my 7yrs old was complaining for almost 10 dayz. Kid got relieved shortly.Worth commendable referral for pediatrics near Aparna Cyberzon, Nallagandla.Though not utilized in our case, they have MD Medicine and inhouse Path Lab.
