Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including Sundays and all public holidays. Whether you need an emergency scan at midnight or a routine blood test on a Sunday morning, we are always available.

Yes. Walk-in patients are accepted 24 hours a day for most tests including blood tests, X-Ray, ECG, and pathology. MRI, CT Scan, and some specialised tests may benefit from advance booking to reduce waiting time.

Blood tests & pathology: 4–6 hours. Ultrasound, ECG, X-Ray, 2D ECHO: same day. MRI & CT Scan: 6–12 hours. Urgent reports: available on request at any hour. All reports delivered to your WhatsApp and email.

Reports are delivered digitally to your WhatsApp and email — no need to collect paper reports. You can also collect a printed copy from our centre if required.

Yes. Every report at Vivid Diagnostics is reviewed and digitally signed by our qualified senior specialists — including Dr. Bommireddy Swetha, MD Radiodiagnosis (Gold Medallist, Andhra Medical College) with 8+ years of specialist experience.

Yes. Previous reports can be retrieved from our records. Please contact us at 040 4858 1444 or visit our centre with your name, date of test, and a photo ID. Reports are retained for a minimum of 3 years as per medical law.

Yes. Urgent same-day reports are available on request for MRI, CT, and most other investigations. Please inform our team when booking that you need an urgent report — an additional fee may apply for urgent radiology reporting.

MRI is completely safe and uses no ionising radiation. It uses magnetic fields and radio waves. It is safe for most patients — however inform us if you have metal implants, a pacemaker, or cochlear implants before your scan.

We use uMR 580 MRI, GE Revolution ACT 32-Slice CT, GE Voluson E6 Ultrasound, digital flat-panel X-Ray (DR), 12-lead digital ECG, digital EEG & ENMG systems, and an automated pathology analyser. Equipment is regularly calibrated and maintained.

No. MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, X-Ray, ECG, 2D ECHO, EEG and ENMG all require specialised equipment and must be performed at our centre in Chandanagar. Home collection is available for blood and urine tests only.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No refund is given once a test has been performed.
