By visiting our centre, using vividdiagnostics.in, booking an appointment, or using any of our diagnostic services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all patients, visitors, referring doctors, and any person using services provided by Vivid Imaging and Diagnostics Centre, 4-102, Gangaram, Chanda Nagar, Chandanagar, Hyderabad – 500050.

We provide diagnostic imaging and laboratory services including MRI Scan, CT Scan, Ultrasound (4D, Doppler, TIFFA), Digital X-Ray, Pathology Lab, ECG, 2D ECHO, EEG, ENMG, Health Checkup Packages, Preventive Screening, and Home Sample Collection. All services are subject to clinical appropriateness, equipment availability, and applicable medical guidelines.

• Walk-in services are available 24 hours for most tests. Specialised investigations may require advance booking.
• Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Bring your doctor’s prescription or referral letter if available.
• Bring a valid photo ID for all appointments.
• For contrast-enhanced CT or MRI, inform us of any allergies, kidney disease, diabetes, or current medications when booking.

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful health history, medication, and allergy information.
• Follow all preparation instructions (fasting, hydration, medication withholding) for accurate results.
• Behave respectfully towards our staff, doctors, and other patients at all times.
• Inform our staff immediately of any discomfort or adverse symptom during or after any procedure.
• Minor patients must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout.

• All reports are reviewed and digitally signed by qualified specialists. However, reports are intended for use by qualified medical professionals — they do not constitute standalone diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
• Always consult your treating doctor with results. Never self-diagnose or self-medicate based on a diagnostic report alone.
• Certain conditions may not be detectable at the time of investigation due to the natural progression of disease, technical factors, or equipment limitations.

• All fees must be paid in full before reports are released, unless prior credit arrangements are in place.
• We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and major health insurance / TPA payments.
• Prices are subject to change. The applicable rate is the rate on the date of service.
• For TPA payments, the patient is responsible for providing valid insurance documentation. Any amount not covered by insurance remains the patient’s responsibility.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. No refund will be issued once a diagnostic test has been performed.

• Available across specified areas in Hyderabad, subject to availability.
• An adult must be present at the specified address at the scheduled time.
• Provide accurate address information and remain contactable by phone.
• Follow all preparation instructions (fasting, hydration) before the visit.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule home collection visits due to safety concerns, inaccessible locations, or operational constraints.

Vivid Imaging and Diagnostics Centre shall not be liable for any clinical management decision based on our reports, adverse outcomes from patient non-disclosure, report delivery delays due to technical failures, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

All website content is the intellectual property of Vivid Imaging and Diagnostics Centre. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent. Diagnostic reports are provided to patients for personal medical use only and must not be altered or commercially reproduced.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
